Return Policy
At dhruart, we offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make things right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original purchase and, once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
